Whats on mind?

Only one thing, Exam Results. Two days back I did the last paper of this semester. The exam stress was relief on that but i wasn't in a good mood after the Fundamentals exam.

Recipe - Kukulhu Riha

Haha.. I don't normally do this. But since I cook everyday, thought of posting this. And I will make this tomorrow for lunch. ;)

What you need:

1 (1200g) whole chicken – skinned, cut into 8 pieces
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup onion – finely sliced
¼ cup curry leaves
1 tsp ginger – grated
4 cloves garlic – pressed/grated/very finely chopped
1 Dorset Naga (Chinese capsicum/ ghost chili/githeyo mirus) – chopped
3 pieces of Pandan (rampe/ raambaa) leaves – cut into ½ inch pieces
3 cardamom seeds
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp chicken curry powder/paste
1 cup coconut cream/milk (thick)
1 cup coconut cream/milk (thin)
1 cup water
Salt to taste

How to make:

Heat the oil, sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, Pandan leaves. Add the chili powder, while stirring, then add the curry powder/paste and ½ cup water and cook on low heat, stirring frequently. When this curry paste starts bubbling, add the chicken pieces and toss until all chicken pieces are well coated. Add salt, Dorset Naga, cardamoms, thin coconut cream/milk and the remaining water and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally. When the chicken is cooked, add the thick coconut cream/milk and simmer for about a minute.

The Loft - Movie Review ★★★☆☆

You know what, this is male fantasy picture and movie was about five married dude who are secretly sharing a classy apartment where they are having affairs with heir mistress. I love the cinematography and from the pilot to end it was really interesting. 


From the start of the movie Luck (Wentworth Miller) found out the dead blondie Sarah (Isabel Lucas) in their aparmtent and realized that one of the person in the group must be involved with her murder. Even though movie had a strong story line from the beginning, I really don't like Luke roles. I knew there was something fishy with this guy. He captured whole thing that happened in the loft everyday.
Story line went fast within the five characters and it's clearly showed the flashback. I recommend this move those who are interested in thriller movie.  

For me, Vincent(Karl Urban) is the bad guy in the movie, he had sex with Marty (Eric Stomestreet) wife, Philip (Matthias Schoenaerts) sisters in law and he even paid for Chirs's (James Marsden) lover Anne (Rachael Taylor) who is a prostitute to have sex with Chirs for the first time.

The dead girl, Sarah who was crazy in love with Vincent and he rejected her and she was out of her mind and thinking about him in the loft the night he dumped. At that night Luck was spying on both of them and once Vincent left from the apartment he came into the Sarah. BUT WHY? He is in love with her.. Pufft, First I thought he was interested in Vincent but it turned out. HAHA. AND YES, Luck killed Sarah by injected her and made whole murder thing as a setup.  

Laziness!

Okay…..  Just like random Maldivian, I was busy doing nothing. But seriously, I don't wanna be that person. I'm feeling too lazy myself theses day, even planning every day to go for run.  Thought after the Front Office assignment I’ll be very active but Hell NO. I'm not. :/

I watched Christopher Nolan's Interstellar yesterday night. Since the movie nominated and won Oscar and won in some other famous award shows it was added to my "To Be Watch" list. It was science, too much of science and first one hour of the movie was quite boring and I was ready to close it go to sleep. That was midnight 00:30 and since it was getting interested when Mr. Cooper (Matthew McConaughey) ready to depart his journey to black hole. Seriously, it was too much science. But I am speaking here Mr. Christopher Nolan's movie and love the music. I think i need to read some articles about the movie and watch it again. Even I don't understand the movie my rate is 7/10.

Jupiter Acceding, casted by Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis. Okay WTF is this. Totally disappointed about him, why he agreed to play this role. It was like second part of Thor or its trilogy. Mila Kunis, since now I thought that was Amanda Seyfried.  4/10

:O Arrow, Oliver Queen became a villain. And only one more episode left for season finale. And its gonna be rock crossover between Arrow and Flash with final. And dying to watch Flash finale. Bunches of metahuman are in the finale to take down the Harrison Wells.  

Week of Disappointments! :/

As usual, but not casual, it was really busy three days since Wednesday. I couldn't even get time to write anything on Online News and even Instagram post. Thursday I've got Front office Assignment's outline which is going to be due on next month 7th, PUUFFttttttt. 

Ohh yeah.. Haven't left home on Friday. Felt sick and tired, watched a Bollywood movie (Dolly Ki Dolly) featuring Sonam Kapoor. She is gorgeous and her acting was superb. The story line was quite OKAY. Thing I don't like was, at the end she got married her first love. It was totally disappointment. 

The presentation! :( Seriously, that was not I expected. It was really poor, the weakest performance I ever did. And the assignment result makes more down. I have to score more on exam paper which already done but the marks are not yet release. And today got Housekeeping assignment result and it was better than this.

And again, classes are going to start today. The very last classes of this semester. YEAH!! 

Front Office Operation - Class Four

I was damn tired to write anything last few days. So I skipped other two parts, the classes was all about communication methods and few telephone operations methods. Well, today we gonna have extra few students in our class. Lecture is bringing his diploma students I guess. May be just for today!! (Pufft) You know, class is really boring with only three students. (myself included) I don't know where the "H" all rest went. At the first module "Introduction of Hospitality Industry" we have more than 15 students.

Next week have we gonna have Front Office Practical classes. YES with our three students only. :/

Things happened this week

I have to finish MIRA report ASAP, they are coming for 2013's audit. Its a just a big mess, we have no proper records in our office. I almost finished huge part, invoicing and payment kinda done. Now i have to find the missing payments and identifying them.

I started write on local online news. But its all about only entertainment stuffs like Hollywood gossip. So far three article wrote and gave to publish, but the site is still on their construction stage. 

Downloaded Billboard top 40 song last night and now its in my phone. Not a big fan of Adam Levin and Maroon 5 but "Sugar" is really cool to listen and "Hold Back The River" by James Bay. For the first time I heard this song today, its really touching, maybe this gonna add to my favorite.
